How we collect, use, and protect student and parent data.

1. Who we are

Bullseye Prep is operated by Bullseye Prep LLC, located at 2041 Shining Feather Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89134. You can reach us at hello@bullseyeprep.com or (702) 907-7556.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Names and contact information (email, phone)
  • Whether you are a parent or student
  • Student grade level, target test, target test date, and current and goal scores
  • Free-text questions and comments you send through our contact form
  • Payment information, which is collected and processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers
  • Account credentials when you enroll in a course

Information we collect automatically through the Bullseye Prep Dashboard:

  • Practice test answers, scores, and time-on-task
  • Whiteboard work and submitted free-response answers
  • Dashboard usage (which lessons watched, which problems completed)
  • Standard web log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited

3. How we use your information

  • To deliver our courses, instruction, and the dashboard's personalized practice
  • To process payments and send purchase confirmations
  • To send class reminders, score reports, and account-related emails
  • To respond to questions you send us
  • To improve our curriculum and refine the dashboard's personalized practice
  • To comply with legal obligations

4. What we don't do

  • We do not sell student or parent data to third parties.
  • We do not share student data with advertisers.
  • We do not use student data to train third-party AI models.
  • We do not allow third parties to track students across other websites.

5. AI processing

Some dashboard features use AI models to generate explanations, hints, and feedback on student work (such as whiteboard images and free-response answers). When student data is sent to AI providers, it is sent under contracts that prohibit the provider from using your data to train their models or for any purpose other than serving our requests.

6. Service providers

We use the following third-party services. Each receives only the data needed to perform its specific function:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Google Workspace — email and calendar
  • Netlify — website hosting and contact-form submissions
  • Railway — application hosting for the student dashboard
  • Resend — transactional emails (score reports, receipts, welcome emails)
  • Anthropic — AI-powered explanations and feedback inside the dashboard

7. Children's privacy (COPPA)

Our services are designed for students typically ages 14–18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use our services without a parent or guardian. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact us immediately at hello@bullseyeprep.com and we will delete it.

8. Parents of students under 18

If you are a parent or legal guardian of a student under 18, you have the right to review, correct, or delete your student's data at any time. Email hello@bullseyeprep.com with the student's name and your request.

9. Data retention

We retain account data while you are an active student and for 24 months after your last cohort or session, after which we delete or anonymize it. Payment records are retained for 7 years for tax compliance.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to access the personal information we hold about you
  • Right to correct inaccurate information
  • Right to request deletion of your information
  • Right to opt out of marketing emails (every email we send has an unsubscribe link)
  • Right to opt out of "sale" of personal information — note: we do not sell personal information

11. California (CCPA/CPRA) and Nevada residents

California and Nevada residents have specific rights under state privacy law, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of any sale of personal information. As stated in section 4, we do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact us at hello@bullseyeprep.com.

12. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password storage, and limited employee access to student data. No system is 100% secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@bullseyeprep.com.

13. Cookies

Our website uses cookies necessary for the site to function (such as keeping you logged in and remembering your cart). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. We will notify enrolled students by email of significant changes.
