+4 ACT points.
Or your money back.
If your student takes the ACT Course, attends the classes, and does the work — we guarantee their score will rise by at least 4 points on the ACT. If it doesn't, you get a full refund. The simplest guarantee in test prep.
The 4-point guarantee applies to the ACT Course.
It covers the ACT Course — in development for late 2026 — only. The SAT Course, the SAT Bootcamp weekend intensive, and 1-on-1 tutoring are not covered. The SAT–ACT concordance table governs any cross-test starting score.
Show up. Do the work. Score goes up — or you get a refund.
The student will score 4 points higher on the ACT, or your money is refunded — subject to the eight provisions below.
Eight provisions, in order.
- 01
To calculate the score increase, a student must submit an official ACT score report from before the course started and another score report from after the course ended. Score reports must be submitted in their original, unaltered form as issued by ACT, Inc. Bullseye Prep reserves the right to reject any submission that does not appear to be an authentic, original score report.
- 02
The starting score can be from any ACT test taken before the course starts.
- 03
The score report from after the course must be from the first available ACT after the course ends.
- 04
If a student has not taken the ACT yet, an SAT or PSAT can be used, if taken within the six months prior to the start of the course, subject to the concordance table.
- 05
Students must complete all work required by the course and turn it in by the required deadline. All student work must show a good faith effort to count as complete. For instance, if a student simply guesses on a multiple choice ACT test, this will be fairly obvious and will not count as a completed assignment.
- 06
Students must attend at least 90 percent of the class time in each course, as measured in minutes. Students must sign into class with their username assigned by Bullseye Prep.
- 07
Students must be actively engaged during each lesson. Instructors will ask students questions in the form of polls during each class, and students must answer at least 90 percent of these questions.
- 08
We guarantee up to a 33 on the ACT. So, if a student's starting score is higher than 29, the highest we guarantee is still a 33.
