The rules of the road for using Bullseye Prep.

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of Bullseye Prep, a service operated by Bullseye Prep LLC ("we," "us," "our") at 2041 Shining Feather Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89134. By using our courses, dashboard, or website, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

Our services are designed for students preparing for the SAT and ACT, typically ages 14–18. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept these terms on your behalf and is responsible for your conduct and any purchases.

3. Account and access

You may receive account credentials (username and password) to access live classes, the Bullseye Prep Dashboard, and course materials. Keep your credentials private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@bullseyeprep.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with anyone outside your household.
  • Resell, redistribute, or scrape course materials, books, or dashboard content.
  • Record or share live class sessions without our written consent.
  • Use the dashboard or course in any way that violates law or interferes with other students.

5. Purchases and payment

All payments are processed by Stripe. Tuition is due in full at the time of enrollment. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the full amount due, including any installments.

6. Cohort enrollment

When you enroll in a cohort, your seat is reserved for that specific session. Each cohort is capped at 25 students. You may not transfer your seat to another person without our written approval.

7. Refunds and guarantees

The 200-point SAT score guarantee and all refund terms are described in our Refund & Guarantee Policy. By enrolling, you agree to those terms.

8. Intellectual property

All course materials, including the Bullseye Prep Dashboard, the SAT Reading, Writing, and Math books, video lessons, and practice problems, are the property of Bullseye Prep LLC. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own SAT preparation. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use them for any commercial purpose.

9. Trademarks

SAT® and PSAT® are registered trademarks of the College Board. ACT® is a registered trademark of ACT, Inc. Bullseye Prep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the College Board or ACT, Inc.

10. Disclaimers

We work hard to help every student improve, but we cannot guarantee any specific score outcome except as described in the Refund & Guarantee Policy. Our courses, the dashboard, and all materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except where required by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bullseye Prep LLC and its instructors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
